The Space for Art Foundation is on a mission of Space, Art, & Healing.

Uniting a Planetary Community of Children through the Awe and Wonder of Space Exploration and the Healing Power of Art.

We are –

• Expanding our crew of ‘Artonauts’ - Children creating art as a planetary community from hospitals, refugee centers, orphanages, & schools around the world.

• Creating large-scale, inspirational space-themed art projects.

• Leveraging the collective talents of our global team of artists, astronauts, engineers, & health experts.

• Focusing on the awe & wonder of space exploration.

• Highlighting the connection between personal & planetary health.

• Raising awareness of our role as crewmates here on Spaceship Earth.

Our strategy includes –

• Facilitating & implementing space-themed art & wellness programs.

• Awarding scholarships & grants to art students & artists who want to develop their own space-themed 'art & healing' ideas.

• Documenting & sharing our work in support of on-going research in the field of art & wellness.
